The easiest option may be to use the spreadsheet with embedded macros. This will give a formatted spreadsheet in 4 keystrokes
To post this locally. Use the "Save Page As" in Firefox or "Save As" in IE. Make sure the "Save As type drop down box selects "Web page, Complete". You will save an html file along with any graphics that are required to be displayed. You can upload the html with those pictures to your webserver to display locally.
You can also open this locally saved "Web Page, Complete" file in Microsoft Word. The formatting holds up fairly well. The fonts change and the borders get thicker.
Another option to post locally is to grab the fantastic Fireshot plugin for Firefox/IE. This plugin lets you save the html output to an image file. Be careful though. A full schedule grid was 2600x11300 pixels and over 4M after heavy JPG compression.
Primo PDF makes a great PDF print driver to create a PDF printout of your custom grid.
